Russia tied to Iraq's missing arms - The Washington Times: Nation/Politics - October 28, 2004:
"Russian special forces troops moved many of Saddam Hussein's weapons and related goods out of Iraq and into Syria in the weeks before the March 2003 U.S. military operation, The Washington Times has learned."

This Al-Qaqqa missing explosives story is getting very interesting. This may not be good news for President Bush. If the Russians were involved and a deputy undersecretary of defense for international technology security knows about it, as well as European intelligence services, then why didn't President Bush know about it?  ¶ 10/27/2004 10:59:00 PM
