NYU Dean on Scalia Incident
Washington Square News:
"The dean of NYU's School of Law defended himself at a Town Hall meeting yesterday against complaints that an e-mail he sent out to the law school community criticizing the recent protest against Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia was discriminatory and an attempt to silence opposition to the associate justice's visit.
'The balance struck in my message is one I still feel to be correct,' Revesz said.
In an e-mail sent out on April 15, Revesz described law student Eric Berndt's question to Scalia during a Q-and-A session, 'Do you sodomize your wife?' as being 'immature and inappropriate.' "
